Reserve The Clubhouse

You can reserve the ShadowGlen Clubhouse, which includes the Multi-Purpose Room with Kitchen and Lounge, by following the steps below.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The reservation will not be guaranteed until availability has been confirmed and the $200 refundable security deposit has been received.

The cost to rent the clubhouse is based on a four or six-hour time block.

Clubhouse rentals are offered seven days a week during the following time blocks:

Four-hour time block: $300 Rental fee

  • 10 am-2 pm

  • 2 pm-6 pm

  • 6 pm-10 pm

Six-hour time block: $450 Rental fee

  • 10 am-4 pm

  • 4 pm-10 pm

The multi-purpose room includes;

  • 12 - 5’ Round Tables

  • 4 - 6’ Rectangle Tables

  • 96 Chairs

  • Refrigerator/ Freezer

  • Sink (no disposal)

  • Roku Smart TV

The lounge area includes;

  • 3 Loveseats, a Coffee Table, and 2 End Tables

  • 4 Pub Tables with 4 chairs each

  • Roku Smart TV

To secure the clubhouse, you must meet the following requirements listed below:

  • Must be a current resident of ShadowGlen

  • ShadowGlen Resident MUST be present at the event

  • Acknowledge that NO alcohol can be served during the event

  • Your account must be current and in good standing to qualify for clubhouse rental privileges.

Once you’ve met THE requirements, complete the booking process to secure the clubhouse:

  • Check to see if the date and time slot you are interested in are available by calling the office at 512-278-8810.

  • Complete the Clubhouse Request listed at the link below.

  • Once your Clubhouse Request has been completed and approved, a $200 security deposit is due within 24 hours.

  • All rental balances must be paid no later than seven days before your scheduled event date.
