Reserve The Clubhouse

You can reserve the ShadowGlen Clubhouse (Multi-Purpose Room, Lounge, and Kitchen) by following the steps below.

Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The cost to rent the clubhouse is based on a four or six-hour time block.

clubhouse rentals are offered seven days a week during the following time blocks:

Four hours - $300 Rental Hours:

  • 10am-2pm

  • 2pm-6pm

  • 6pm-10pm

Six hours - $450 Rental Hours:

  • 10am-4pm

  • 4pm-10pm

To secure the clubhouse, you must meet the following requirements listed below:

  • Must be a current resident of ShadowGlen

  • ShadowGlen Resident MUST be present at the event

  • Acknowledge that NO alcohol can be served during the event

  • All balances must be paid (assessments and any late fees)

Once you’ve met THE requirements above, below is the booking process to secure the clubhouse:

  • Check to see if the date and time slot you are interested in is available by calling the office at 512-278-8810.

  • Complete the Clubhouse Request listed at the link below

  • Once your Clubhouse Request has been completed and approved, a security deposit of $200 is required.

  • All rental balances must be paid no later than seven days before your scheduled event date.
