If you are planning any exterior modifications to your home, please complete and submit an Architectural Improvement Application for review and approval. Include detailed design specifications for all proposed projects, such as dimensions and measurements, materials, sample paint colors, and any other relevant details. If applicable, please also include a copy of your property survey clearly indicating the location of the proposed improvements.

Please note: A one-time review fee is required for proposed exterior modification applications.

Once an application and fee has been received, the application gets reviewed by the Design Review Committee.

The Design Review Committee may take up to 45 days to review your application and make a decision. Please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for the review process before beginning any work.

Once a decision has been made, the resident will be notified via email.
